AI monitors highlight anomalies, humans make the final decisions, and we collect only the information required to operate the site, reply to your messages, and keep our analytics honest.

Data we collect

  • Site analytics: Privacy-conscious analytics tools record aggregate page views, referral sources, and engagement trends. We use those reports to prioritize what we refresh next—not to build individual profiles.
  • Contact requests: Messages sent to hello@grabgifts.net, support@grabgifts.net, and related inboxes. These accounts run on providers with multi-factor authentication and role-based access.
  • Affiliate click tracking: Retail partners may record outbound clicks to attribute qualifying purchases. We receive anonymized performance summaries, not personal shopper data.
  • AI workflow logs: Aggregated signals note which automation alerts triggered an editorial review. They never include raw message content or personal identifiers.

Cookies & storage

GrabGifts does not set marketing cookies. Lightweight analytics may drop first-party cookies that respect Do Not Track signals where possible. Retail partners may set their own cookies when you follow a link; please review the retailer's policy for details.

How AI fits into our privacy model

Automation accelerates research, but people remain in charge of the experience. We keep the machine layer privacy-safe by limiting what it sees and logging every access.

  • LLM prompts use product metadata and anonymized trend data—not personal inbox messages.
  • Contact form details stay inside our support tools; AI assists only read the structured tags we assign.
  • We review AI decisions in daily stand-ups and delete any temporary processing logs within 30 days.

How we use your data

  • Prioritizing which guides, categories, and price points we refresh first.
  • Monitoring automation accuracy and fixing broken or outdated listings.
  • Responding to inbox requests, including catalog questions and compliance tickets.

Data retention

Analytics data is retained for 26 months before automatic aggregation. Inbox conversations stay as long as needed to resolve your request; you can ask us to delete a thread at any time.

Your rights & choices

  • Access & deletion: Email support@grabgifts.net from the address you used. We'll verify the request via our Netlify deletion function before removing any data.
  • Opt out of analytics: Enable a browser-level Do Not Track preference or block analytics domains with your preferred privacy extension.
